چکیده
Introduction: Cancer can be defined as an illness of reformed gene expression. There are numerous agents affecting expression and altering cellular activities. Nanotechnology has offered the possibility modulating tumor suppressor genes’ expression, improving kinetics gene-targeted therapeutics, simplifying drug delivery to tumors across bio-complexes.Methods: Gene expressions caspase3, 8 9, Bax Bcl2 were assessed after RNA extraction cDNA synthesis by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in ovarian cancerous cell line (A2780). Real-time PCR was employed determine change fold apoptotic genes cells exposed biosynthesized CeO2-NPs (cerium oxide nanoparticles) at dose 0, 7, 11 μg/mL 24 hours incubation. Results: Our findings displayed a significant increase antioxidant A2870 cells. The results exhibited that could enhance Bax/Bcl2 ratio dose-dependent way. Also, 8, 9 up-regulated significantly under μg/mL.Conclusion: Considering effects bio-fabricated on lines, these nanoparticles (NPs) may pharmacology develop new anti-cancer medications.

Background & Aims: Ovarian cancer is the third most common cancer in women. Artemisia is one of the most commonly used medicinal plants, and Artemisia absinthium is one of the important species of this genus. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of cytotoxicity and the ability to induce apoptosis methanolic extract of A. absinthium in A2780 cell line (human ovarian cancer). Materia...
متن کاملApoptotic events in a human ovarian cancer cell line exposed to anthracyclines.
Cytotoxic drugs commonly used in cancer therapy promote tumor cell death by inducing apoptosis, but the cell death pathway(s) is likely dependent on the mechanism of drug action. In the present study, we investigated the mechanisms of cell death induced by doxorubicin (DXR) and the novel disaccharide anthracycline MEN 10755, in a human ovarian cancer cell line (A2780). Exposure to either anthra...
متن کاملExtracellular Matrix Proteins Expression Profiling in Chemoresistant Variants of the A2780 Ovarian Cancer Cell Line
Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death among gynaecological malignancies. Extracellular matrix (ECM) can affect drug resistance by preventing the penetration of the drug into cancer cells and increased resistance to apoptosis. This study demonstrates alterations in the expression levels of ECM components and related genes in cisplatin-, doxorubicin-, topotecan-, and paclitaxel-resistant v...
